Located at the edge of a chestnut and cork oak forest just outside the village, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet while having all amenities nearby: grocery, bars, restaurants, doctor, hairdresser, newsstand, and more. Numerous hiking trails, including the Mare a Mare Nord and a waterfall, start right from the house. The village boasts a stunning cathedral and an impressive ethnographic museum. The house offers breathtaking views of the sea, beaches, and Italian islands. Several beaches, the port, and an adventure park are about 15 minutes away. Free parking is available in front of the house. Bed linen (beds made) and towels are provided free of charge. Villa Casa Alena in Cervione, set between sea and mountains, offers stunning views of the sea, beaches, port, and Italian islands. Located in a peaceful natural setting just outside the village, the villa is 6 minutes from the beaches and a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants, the cathedral, and museum. Set on a 15,000 m² forested property, you have access to hiking trails, waterfalls, and the mountains. Free on-site parking, with electric vehicle charging available for an extra fee. The villa has two accommodations, each with a private outdoor area and sea and island views: - Nucciola: a cozy 48 m² apartment for 2–4 guests, - Castagna: a 78 m² house for 4–6 guests (1st floor), with equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony with sea view.
